The rumours linking Cristiano Ronaldo with a move to Paris Saint-Germain don’t seem to take a break. In a new development, RMC Sports reports that PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi met Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes in Madrid on Monday to discuss a possible summer move for the Real Madrid forward.
Everton manager Roberto Martinez is fearful of the fact that Barcelona might try to trigger Gerard Deulofeu’s buy-back clause in the January transfer window, SkySports reports. Talking to the media ahead of Everton’s match against Aston Villa, the Spaniard said, "There is nothing we can do if they activate the clause, that was the deal and the only way we could access the player in the terms that we wanted. I'm delighted with the deal.
"There are certain things in the deal. It is €9m for the first year and €12m in the second year. They can't take him back in the winter so they can't take him back in January. My worry would be to lose him in January. That would be a big problem."
Nolito, the Celta Vigo forward who has been linked with a move to Barcelona and Arsenal previously, has said that he is still not sure if he will sign a new deal with the club, SkySports reports.
“There is a detail that is not resolved and while it is not settled, I will not sign,” he said. “I have a three-and-a-half year contract and a [release] clause of 18 million.”

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has given his players five more weeks to prove themselves, The Mirror reports. The ex-Dortmund boss was expected to tinker with his team in the January transfer window.
“We will have the possibility to change some things in January and in the summer but at this moment we have made no decisions because we don’t have to make them yet.
“The players know this. It is always the same that at one point in the season you have to make a decision about them,” Klopp said.
Jurgen Klopp is also planning to bring his Dortmund recruit Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to Liverpool, The Guardian reports. Auba has been in a scintillating form this season and it would not be a big surprise if Liverpool registers their interest in him. Reportedly, Dortmund has slapped a £42million buy-out tag on the Gabon international.
Steven Gerrard has told Eurosport that he will not be coming back to Anfield on-loan in January. The ex-Liverpool captain said, “I’ve retired from the national team so I don’t have to go and prove myself in Europe, I need to get some rest because I’ve got a very long season ahead next year, so it’s very important I come back strong, rested and ready to go again.”
Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspurs are ready to fight it out with each other for the signing of Roma player Alessandro Florenzi, talkSport reports.
Belgium’s coach Marc Wilmots has advised Marouane Fellaini to leave Manchester United in the January transfer window because he thinks the midfielder is not getting enough chances to showcase his talent at Old Trafford, SkySports reports.
"A player who does not play for his club is annoying for a coach," declared the Belgium boss, speaking to Le Soir.
"Fellaini could play to support the attack, as the No.6. He has very good technique, very good ability to track back and recover. Maybe he will try to find a new challenge in January, if it is possible."
On the other hand, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has said that the club does not need to spend in January as he has complete trust in his players, SkySports reports.
Talking to the media ahead of Chelsea’s clash with Norwich, the Portuguese said, “I trust the players. I don't need to clean the dressing room as I heard was written somewhere. And I don't need to ask the club to spend money in January.”
Manchester United and Chelsea are set to have a face-off over Valencia winger Sofiane Feghouli, The Sun reports. Feghouli's contract is set to expire next summer and he can move to any of the clubs on a free transfer.

France Football reports that AC Milan is showing interest in PSG goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu. The Italian has lost his starting place since Kevin Trapp’s arrival in the summer transfer window.
Juventus are currently monitoring Jesus Navas’ situation at Manchester City and might make a move for him next summer, Estadio Deportivo reports. The ex-Sevilla winger has fallen down the pecking order after the Manchester-based club signed Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bryune in the summer transfer window.
PSG is set to offer its French manager Laurent Blanc a new deal, Le Parisien reports. The ex-France manager was appointed as the Paris-based club’s manager in 2013 after Carlo Ancelotti left for Real Madrid and has won two back to back Ligue 1 titles with the club. Given the team’s performances under Blanc, the club’s owner will not hesitate to offer the ex-Barcelona player a new deal.
