Thiago had a splendid 2013/14 season Bayern Munich after his move from Barcelona for a fee believed to be around €25 million. The Spanish midfielder even scored an incredible overhead kick vs Stuttgart in the Bundesliga. Thiago managed to score 2 goals and had 5 assists to his name in the 2013/14 Bundesliga season. Injury problems at the end of the season led to Thiago’s exclusion from the Spanish World Cup campaign.

#8 Franck Ribery
Ribery’s 2013/14 season for Bayern Munich was quite good. Ribery’s pace and finishing have been every opposition’s nightmare. The midfielder scored 10 goals and had 10 assists to his name in 22 appearances for Bayern Munich. Ribery’s injury problems left him out of the France World Cup campaign.

Dante’s performances in the 2013/14 season were above average. The Bayern Munich defender was included in the Brazil 23-man World Cup squad. Dante had one appearance for Brazil in the World Cup and that match will forever haunt the defender. Brazil lost the match 7-1 to Germany in which Dante had played alongside David Luiz. Dante had scored 2 goals and had 2 assists to his name in the 2013/14 Bundesliga season.

Jerome Boateng formed a solid partnership with Mats Hummels at the back for Germany in the World Cup of which they emerged winners.

The Spanish defensive midfielder had an average 2013/14 season. Javi Martinez played 18 games for Bayern Munich in the 2013/14 season and had scored 0 goals and also 0 assists. Thomas Muller had an outstanding 2013/14 season. The 24 year old’s performances for both the club and country had been exceptional in the 2013/14 season. Thomas Muller scored 13 times in the Bundesliga and also scored 5 goals in 7 games for Germany in the World Cup which Germany eventually won. Muller scored a hattrick against Portugal in the group stages of the World Cup.

The Dutch winger was in fine form in the 2013/14 season. Arjen Robben’s performance for Bayern Munich is improving year by year. Mario Gotze completed his move from Borussia Dortmund to Bayern Munich in 2013 for a fee believed to be around €37 million. The German midfielder enjoyed an impressive 2013/14 season.
