Here is a list of the oldest active players in the NBA along with their performance this season as compared to the last one. The list also mentions how far theyve come in their career.

#10 Pablo Prigioni (Born 17th May, 1977)

Pablo Prigioni currently plays as a Point Guard with New York Knicks, whom he joined in 2012. In the current season, he has started 27 of the 66 matches he has played, scoring an average of 3.8 points per game.

Chauncey Ray Billups currently plays as a Point Guard or a Shooting Guard with Detroit Pistons, whom he joined in 2013. Starting only 7 out of 19 games and averaging 3.8 points per game, there has been a steady fall in Billups’ game in the last two seasons. Garnett started his career with Minnesota Timberwolves in 1995 and stayed there for 11 seasons, before moving to Boston Celtics, where he won his only NBA title till now.

Timothy Theodore ‘Tim’ Duncan started his career with San Antonio Spurs and currently also plays for them as a Center or a Power Forward.

Duncan has started all 74 of the matches he has played this season, averaging 15.1 points and 9.7 rebounds per game. He finished last season on a better note with 17.8 points and 9.9 rebounds per game.

A one team player, Duncan has started an impressive 1252 out of 1254 games that he has played in the regular season. He has an average of 19.9 points and 11.1 rebounds per game for his career.

#5 Andre Miller (Born 19th March, 1976)

Andre Lloyd Miller plays as a Point Guard with Washington Wizards, whom he joined in February 2014. He has played 28 games since he arrived at the Verizon Center and has an average of 3.8 points per game and 3.5 assists per game.

Miller started his career with Cleveland Cavaliers in 1999, where he led the league on the assist board in his third season for them. He started all 82 games for Denver Nuggets, where he moved in 2003 after a season with Los Angeles Clippers.

He has started 935 out of 1184 games that he has played during the regular season. Miller has an average of 13.3 points per game in his career.

Walter Ray Allen currently plays as a Shooting Guard with Miami Heat, for whom he signed in 2012. He has started 9 out of the 73 games he played this season and has an average of 9.6 points per game.

He started his career with Milwaukee Bucks in 1996 and played there for seven seasons, before moving to Seattle Supersonics and then later joining Boston Celtics, with whom he won a NBA title in his very first season. His next NBA title came with Miami Heat last season, when he played 79 games, starting none and averaging 10.9 points per game.

He has started 1149 out of 1300 games that he has played in 19 regular seasons. Ray Allen has an average of 18.9 points per game. He also won a gold medal at the Sydney 2000 Olympic game, playing for the United States national squad.

#3 Mike James (Born 23rd June, 1975)

Mike Lamont James currently plays as a Point Guard with Chicago Bulls. In 1998, he wasn’t drafted by the NBA, following which he played for an Austrian and a French team before signing for Miami Heat as a free agent in 2001.

As opposed to 23 starts in 45 games that he played for Dallas Mavericks last season, James has only played 11 games this season for Chicago Bulls, of which he started none.

Fisher started his career with the Los Angeles Lakers 1996, where he stayed for eight seasons and won three league championship titles. He joined Golden State Warriors as a free agent after his contract at L.A. Lakers expired, but he rejoined them in 2007 and won two more titles.

Starting a total of 731 out of 1287 games that he has played in the regular season, Fisher has an overall average of 8.3 points per game and a free throw percentage of 0.817.

#1 Steve Nash (Born 7th February, 1974)

Stephen John ‘Steve’ Nash currently plays as a Point Guard with Los Angeles Lakers, for whom he signed in 2012. As opposed to last season, when he started 50 games, Nash has started just 10 out of a total of 15 games that he has played in the ongoing season.

Nash started his career with Phoenix Suns in 1996, where he played for two seasons. He then moved to Dallas Mavericks and remained there for the next six seasons, before returning to Phoenix Suns for another eight seasons.

Starting a total of 1052 out of 1217 games that he played in the regular season, Nash has an overall average of 14.3 points and 8.5 assists per game.
