#10 Lita

What do you recall when someone utters the name Lita? High flying action, mesmerizing acrobatic skills and there is something else that you often forget. Lita has a three-eyed monster, Gargoyle tattoo on her right arm.

This tattoo is really cool and it made Lita’s character more appealing. In addition to this, Lita also has the word ‘Punk’ tattooed inside her lip and Russian version of the word ‘Rebel’ on the back of her neck but the gargoyle was the coolest of the lot.

#9 Brie Bella

Daniel Bryan’s wife, Brie Bella, is yet another diva with a cool tattoo. She has a Bear Claws tattoo on her lower abdomen. Here is what Brie spoke about her tattoo-

"Death is always a life changing experience, especially when the person is close to you. At 18, I had to experience losing my boyfriend to a tragic death. Not only was it sad losing my boyfriend but his beautiful soul. I was fortunate enough to learn from him. Instead of losing Faith I gained spirituality. He has a very special place in my heart, always will. The Bear Claws you see on my lower stomach are in memory of him."

#8 Alberto Del Rio

The Mexican aristocrat, Alberto Del Rio is also a member of the WWE tattoo club. He has a couple of cool tattoos on his back. One of them looks like a bat while the other looks like an eagle’s beak.

The words- HECHO EN and MEXICO were written above and below this. HECHO EN MEXICO actually means ‘Made in Mexico’. Mexican wrestlers in WWE have always been tattoo lovers and they somehow represent their country. Rey Mysterio is another wrestler from Mexico with the name of his country tattooed on his body.

Bray Wyatt has always been a huge tattoo lover. Many tattoos were engraved on his body. Bray looks really scary with his long hair, thick beard and dense tattoos. The ‘Evil Wings’ tattoo on Bray’s back looks truly intimidating.

In his initial days in WWE, Wyatt wrestled under the name Husky Harris and this tattoo was visible back then. Now, Bray wrestles with his shirt on and so this has become invisible. It could just be a coincidence that these tattoos add to the weird reputation of Wyatt.

Randy Orton has a picturesque wrestling body. Impressive tattoos were engraved around Randy’s neck, shoulders and upper back. These tattoos are a symbol of his ancestral affiliation with the ‘Douché:bag tribe’ of Missouri. One thing that comes to mind when you speak about Randy Orton’s tattoos is the 2009 Backlash poster.

Randy’s tattoos mix well with the background on the poster. It’s said that Randy gets his tattoos touched up once a year. When Randy punches the floor before going for an RKO, the tattoos on the shoulders look great.

‘The Great One’ is also a tattoo lover. The Rock got his tattoo inked by famous tattoo artist Po’oino Yrondi. It took him three sessions each spanning 20 hours to get this tattoo on his body. This was a very big tattoo that covers Rock’s left shoulder and some part of his chest.

It was a tribal tattoo with a lot of emotional meaning attached to it. Rock says that this tattoo has a lot of symbols that represent his struggle, success, spiritual guides and loyalty to his family.

#4 Brock Lesnar

Brock Lesnar looks very intimidating with the ‘Sword tattoo’ on his chest. In his autobiography, ‘Death Clutch’, Lesnar wrote the following about this tattoo-

“I felt like life was holding a sword right up against my throat, so I went under the ink gun because I never wanted to forget exactly how I felt at that time…the tattoo on my chest has so much meaning to me. In some ways, it’s funny, because the period of my life that I’m talking about is a time I so want to forget, but I know I can use this memory as motivation.”

This tattoo means a lot to Lesnar and it surely helped him establish the ‘Beast’ image.

#3 Batista

‘The Animal’, Batista is also a tattoo lover. Batista has a huge tattoo on his back. It’s a fire-breathing Chinese dragon. This was a long tattoo that covers all of Batista’s back. There is yet another impressive tattoo on Dave’s belly button.

This was the tattoo of a small sun around Batista’s navel. Both these tattoos add to the impressive physique of Batista and really portray him as ‘The Animal’. Other tattoos on his body include Chinese kanji design tattoo, tribal tattoo and flag tattoo.

#2 Undertaker

Undertaker’s attire, entrance, mannerisms- everything include an element of fear. There is something more about Taker that makes his appearance intimidating i.e. his body ink. Both his arms are covered with tattoos which include pictures of demons and skulls. The tattoo ‘Thinking demon’ on his right shoulder was done by famous tattoo artist Paul Booth.

Let’s not forget something even more appealing- the SARA tattoo on his neck! This was the name of his ex-wife and this tattoo was important for Undertaker from an emotional standpoint (before his divorce from her, causing it to be removed). It would be hard to visualize Taker as ‘The Phenom’ without all these.

#1 CM Punk

Let’s now speak about WWE’s tattoo man - CM Punk. Punk has a special liking for tattoos and his body is covered with a variety of tattoos. Some notable ones are- Pepsi Globe logo on his left shoulder, ‘Straight Edge’ on his stomach, sleeve tattoo on his left arm that reads “luck is for losers”, “No gimmicks needed” on his left hand, “DRUG FREE” across his knuckles and the list rolls on. The most remarkable one was a skull and snake tattoo across his chest.

When asked about tattoos, Punk once said-

"Tattoos are like wearing your heart on your sleeve. It's about showing who you are on the inside by showing it on the outside. … Each tattoo you get should have some deep, deep meaning."
