#1 Arsenal to make shock bid for Smalling
Manchester United centre back Chris Smalling has emerged as a shock target for Premier League rivals Arsenal.
The 24-year-old has not fully established himself at Old Trafford despite signing for the Red Devils four years ago. While Gunners' boss Arsene Wenger is said to be a long term admirer of the England International and is plotting a £13 million bid this summer.
Arsenal will find it difficult to convince Man United to sell the former Fulham defender, especially to a fellow English giants, with club captain Nemanja Vidic set to leave the club at the end of the season and Rio Ferdinand expected to depart as well.
#2 Barca will listen to offers for Fabregas
Arsenal and Manchester United have been alerted by the speculations that Barcelona will consider to offload Spanish midfielder Cesc Fabregas for the right price.
Fabregas, who was Man United's top target last summer, is often played out of position by Barca boss Tata Martino. The 26-year-old has failed to impress after returning to the Catalan club in 2011 and has also been linked with a move back to Arsenal.
Red Devils are believed to value him around £25 million, who are expected to make new bid after failing to land the midfielder with three bids last summer.
#3 Tottenham target Man United\'s Welbeck
Tottenham are weighing up a £20 million swoop for Manchester United striker Danny Welbeck. Spurs are keen to sign a world class striker for next season after being left frustrated with lack of goals from their available striker.
Christian Benteke and Romelu Lukaku are also said to be included with the North London club's wishlist, but with Benteke out injured with a proposed long term injury and Lukaku looking for Champions League football, Spurs may decide to settle with the signature of the England International.
Welbeck, who has two years left on his contract with Man United, is keen to stay at Old Trafford but may be tempted by the oppurtunity to be a regular first choice centre forward.
#4 Man City target Pedro set to leave Barcelona
Barcelona winger Pedro could leave the Spanish giants this summer after falling in pecking order at the Camp Nou, claims the player's agent.
Tata Martino prefers Neymar and Alexis Sanchez over the Spaniard which has left Pedro frustrated this season. Agent Francois Gallardo said: “Pedro is very angry this season. The player is in a difficult situation and may be sold, although that could be a bad move for Pedro.”
Manchester City are favorites to lure the winger to the Etihad, who are keen to bolster their wider positions this summer, ut may face competition with locals rivals Man United.
