He may look stupid but that adjective is perfect for someone who's playing a heel. He's no longer the babyface that everyone thought was the second John Cena. This newly packaged gimmick and look has certainly helped rejuvenate is the Irishman Sheamus's career. Most babyfaces who don't really get over as a good guy tend to be turned heels and yet despite the shift in characteristics, still don't get over. This hasn't been the case with Sheamus so far. He is definitely turning out to be a character to look out for, for a long time to come. Here are 5 possible feud for a heel Sheamus-

#5 Brock Lesnar

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

Brock Lesnar may be the closest character that comes to the aura that Stone Cold Steve Austin left behind. He’ll surely give you a beating for a lifetime. So it’s better not to pi** him off. But Sheamus is a heel and it’s in his nature to be a nagging pain in the back. Ever since Lesnar returned to the WWE in 2012, this match- up has been much touted by the WWE.

After all, these are two of the big, burly guys in the WWEat the moment and it’ll be quite an impact if Lesnar makes Sheamus take a ride down Suplex City. And it’ll be quite a sight to see Sheamus run away from Lesnar or, better yet, fight back.

If these two ever collide, the war of words and the fight in the ring will be something interesting to ancticipate.

#4 John Cena

How about making Sheamus face a guy to whom he was once rabidly compared to? It wasn’t that long ago when the babyface Sheamus character was fast becoming stale and many fans were calling him the second version of John Cena. It’ll be an interesting moment to see these two come face to face now that they are completely uncomparable superstars. Sheamus is no longer that super-virtuous babyface but John Cena still is.

Sheamus’ new look will certainly be subject to John Cena’s jokes and Sheamus may embrace all of that as he is doing now and just nonchalantly dismiss the Cenation leader. Not respecting Cena may get the best out of Cena yet again.

#3 Roman Reigns

For some reason, it seems these two can really have a great feud together. Reigns has been touted as a Samoan badass and Sheamus is a Celtic Warrior who loves to fight. The collision between these two will definitely be thunderous and rely on power and strength more than anything else.

The feud may be sheerily based on dynasty matter. Sheamus is an Irishman who is continuing the legacy and the common traits associated with Irishmen in the WWE is that they love to fight. He’s a walking- talking specimen of that.

Reigns belongs to the Samoan dynasty which was much talked about towards the build for the Wrestlemania 31 main event. Sheamus can definitely pick a bone with the Samoan about how much of a disappointment and rather, an exception Reigns has been.

That may be enough to start a battle.

#2 Ryback

SmackDown-012215-Ryback.jpg (642361)

Ryback is one guy who hasn’t been as over with the audience as expected as a heel or a face. If only, the WWE would stop focusing on his size and focus on giving him some character traits other than being strong, the audience might get invested in him more.

What has been well- established is that Ryback is a Big Guy with a golden heart. That isn’t unique but Ryback can be really funny and get the audience to pay attention.

Sheamus was someone with a similar gimmick and despite everything this fella just couldn’t crack a connection with the audience. Sheamus may interrupt and try to give a reality check to Ryback and that may be the start of a new feud.

#1 Daniel Bryan

It should be noted that Sheamus beating Bryan in 18 seconds at Wrestlmania 28 etched the foundation of the Yes Movement going berserk. The last time these two faced in a great match was a 2 out of 3 falls match at Extreme Rules in 2012. Bryan was a heel and the crowd was divided in chants of ‘Yes’ and ‘No’.

But now, things are different. Bryan is teh ultimate underdog who made it and has gone on to become a big name in the wrestling industry. Sheamus is out there to wreck such guys who are not brawny enough like him.

There is a complete shift in the dynamic and that’s what make it all the more interesting to watch.
