WWE Monday Night Raw preview: September 14, 2015

Nikki Bella’s dreams might come crashing down on RAW

Can Charlotte do it?The homecoming Monday Night Raw episode for Night of Champions is almost here. Unlike some of the recent homecoming shows, WWE has packed this one with a lot of segments worth looking forward to. Apart from being the usual hyping episode, this week's Raw would have some direct implications on the Night of Champions match card. There are questions to be answered about the Tag Team division, Divas division and the Intercontinental Championship along with the usual dose of main event scene. All these and more will be there to be seen on Monday Night and here is the complete preview of the weekly flagship show.

#5 Can Charlotte stop Nikki Bella?

Nikki Bella’s dreams might come crashing down on RAW

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

Charlotte was initially scheduled to face Nikki Bella at Night of Champions.

However, this match was shifted to Monday Night Raw as it provided Charlotte with a chance of stopping Nikki before she crossed AJ Lee's record. The question is: Can Charlotte do it?. She is certainly capable of the same but then again, there are factors that need to be taken into account.

The outside interference will play a major role on Monday Night Raw. In fact, it might be the deciding factor of the match. No matter who interferes, Charlotte is unlikely to win the title and stop Nikki from breaking AJ's record because WWE will not waste their opportunity to erase AJ Lee from the history books.

#4 Will WWE reveal the partner on Raw?

Braun Strowman has choked anyone standing in his way

WWE has booked a six man tag team match for Night of Champions involving Wyatt Family, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and a mystery partner. Reigns and Ambrose are yet to come out with a name and there are two possibilities for the situation. WWE could reveal the superstar on Monday Night Raw or WWE could reveal the superstar at Night of Champions.

Revealing on Night of Champions would be a big boost for the pay-per-view but revealing the superstar on Raw would be a better decision. It will help to advertise the event and could impact the viewership as well. But don't keep the expectations high as WWE has a habit of not meeting them.

#3 Who will face the Dudley Boyz

New Day vs The Dudleys will be epic

Dudley Boyz will get their chance to win the Tag Team championship at Night of Champions. They, however, still does not know their opponents. It could be either New Day or the Prime Time Players and the scenario will become clear after Monday Night Raw. New Day and Prime Time Players will face off against each other for the title at Raw and the winning team will then go on to face Dudley Boyz at Night of Champions.

It is a great storyline for the tag team division and it is something worth looking forward to. Dudley Boyz will have a role in the match as well making it a must see segment at this week's Raw.

#2 Solving the Intercontinental Title scene problem

Owens is what Ryback needs at the moment

Night of Champions is a pay-per-view where we get to see all the championships defended. Currently, the only titles that are not included in the match card are the Intercontinental Championship and the Divas Championship. The Divas title situation will get solved on Monday leaving the Intercontinental Championship.

Kevin Owens is rumored to be the next challenger for Ryback and if that is the case, then WWE should go ahead and book the match for Night of Champions. They need to come up with a credible segment to hype the feud and there is no room for mistakes.

#1 Faith of Seth Rollins

The spotlight is on Seth Rollins

Night of Champions is an important night for Seth Rollins.

He will have two major matches at the show and the home-coming edition of Monday Night Raw will have to hype both the matches. Both Sting and John Cena are expected to be under the same roof and if WWE is intelligent, they could spark a feud between these two.

There will obviously be a question about who gets Rollins first and this in turn could pit Sting against Cena. Else, WWE could just book some boring segment where Cena and Sting get the better of Rollins so that the champion goes into Sunday's pay-per-view as an underdog.
