The NXT ChampionNXT kicked off with another episode this week. Though not the best one to showcase storyline development, it was great to showcase some new characters and things to look forward to. Firstly, the Dusty Rhodes Classic tournament continued and there was this little video package of Bayley taking Little Izzy through the Performance Centre.Also, there were new addition to the flourishing Women's Division in NXT. Both of them lost to resident pretty faces in the division but that ought not to be the case in the future, if history is to be believed.Here are the 3 points to note from this week's episode-

The Dusty Rhodes Classic Match tournament continued and Balor and future opponent Samoa Joe teamed up to beat the Lucha Dragons in a tremendous main event. Both of them executed their respective signature moves in the end and moved ahead in the tournament.
Balor particularly had an interesting addition to his presence. He wore a jacket and that really looked cool. Is that ought to mean something given that everything he wears or paints just about has a whole
#2 Hope Still Lives
Despite the fact that NXT is now showcasing women with minimal wrestling history, Royce and Kay showed some immense fight but just couldn’t overcome their opponent. Just remmeber that Paige lost most of her initial matches at FCW but eventually she became the face of the Divas Division in NXT with her anti- diva gimmick. NXT is not totally zoning into focussing on the below mentioned women. Wrestling history is still a valued possession.
Royce and Kay seem to be great additions to the flourishing division which has Bayley as its champion and Emma as a rising star.
#3 The Next Womens Division
This episode featured two matches involving women. One was Carmella Vs Peyton Royce and the other one featured Dana Brooke Vs Billie Kay.
Brooke and Carmella got their respective victories and look set to move ahead in a division which now immensely seems to be having the story of women who never knew how to wrestle, learn to wrestle. With the kind of spotlight put on Carmella, Dana Brooke and the amply hyped queen of them all Eva Marie, it seems to be a time to cross your heart and hope that someone exceeds expectations and becomes someone interesting to watch
