The whole wide world in his handThe fallout episode of Raw following the Hell in a Cell PPV was something to look forward tosince the PPV wrapped up after Wyatt returned to haunt The Undertaker, Del Rio returned and Rollins was done with his filler feud. Also, Roman Reigns looked absolutely phenomenal in his match. The fallout show was absolutely better than expected with the Authority announcing a tournament to determine the next contender for Rollins title. That featured a series of great matches and then we got the winner whos touted to take the reigns! The Road to Wrestlemania is slowly picking up pace, but before that its time for Survivor Series. Here are the 5 promising developments from Raw-
#1 Let the story begin
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
Roman Reigns is hugely touted to win the WWE World heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania 32 from Seth Rollins. And his journey to that moment began this week on Raw.
The Authority kicked off the show for the first time in some time and announced a tournament to determine the next contender to Seth Rollins’ championship. The winners of all the HIAC matches will eventually face each other in a fatal four-way match, which happened and Reigns obviously won.
That plants the seeds for a long-term feud that will head over to Wrestlemania 32. That could possibly lead Ambrose to win the Royal Rumble and maybe just maybe, we’ll have a Shield triple threat as a Wrestlemania main event.
#2 Reigns is still looking strong
There is no doubt absolutely that Reigns has improved his in-ring game monumentally. The guy is having really good matches consistently.
Tonight on Raw he was part of two matches after a hellacious match with Bray Wyatt just 24 hours ago. That speaks a lot about his stamina and how ready he is to work longer matches.
For the past one year what’s been a great story apart from Cena’s US Title Open Challenges, is Reigns’s journey to get ready to take the baton from Cena as the face of the company. Though that journey still continues, Reigns hasn’t missed a beat as far as all his matches go.
Here’s hoping that the audience is ever so kind in their response and recongnize the tremendous work he’s put over the past one year.
#3 Survivor Series tag match
So the Wyatt Family looks stronger than ever. There are not just 3 of them now, but four of them.
Demon Kane tried to come at the Wyatts while the leader of the pack was talking about ending The Undertaker. Even Kane faced the same fate that took away Taker last night.
So anyone who comes at the Wyatts gets the same treatment, right? So, this may really be an indication of a traditional Tag Team Match at Survivor Series. Team Undertaker Vs Team Wyatt.
This is exciting precisely because of the mystery comprising who the next members will be.
#4 \'Viva Del Rio\'
Del Rio is not the best promo worker but well, he’s a terrific wrestler.
He’s someone who can have a good match with anybody. Having Del Rio back is definitely a plus and having Colter being his manager is also something to look forward to when it comes to the promos.
Even though their alliance seems to have a political ring to it, it’ll be interesting to have someone talk for Del Rio since that’s been his Achilles heel.
#5 Cesaro Vs Owens
Cesaro can’t have a bad match with anyone. There will come a time when WWE just has to give him his crowning moment.
That a man is so good in matches where you know he’ll lose, makes you root for him even more. It’s only fair that he gets more meaningful victories. The Cesaro section signs and that Cesaro Wrestling hoodie are definitely great additions.
Also, Owens Vs Cesaro is a sure shot way to light any arena up. Their chemistry is one of the best that WWE has in its possession. They’re just too entertaining when they’re together.
