The rise of Daniel Bryan from a decorated independent wrestler to the top of the WWE was nothing less than monumental. Bryan has turned into an inspirational figure for almost everyone trying to make it in the WWE and is held back by their looks or style.Heights that Bryan scaled were more than visible in the buildup that WWE had to WrestleMania as most of the fans only tuned into the show to see Bryan live the dream. The bandwagon mightve cooled down after the title win, but Bryan is someone that the company sees with high regard. The neck injury was clearly a lack of luck as far as Bryan is considered but it doesnt look too bad. He is unlikely to miss the road to SummerSlam so here is the best way to book Daniel Bryan all the way to SummerSlam.
#7 There is someone with more power here
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
As Stephanie has given Bryan the choice to vacate the title or see Brie getting fired, Bryan will be in a big dilemma at Payback.
However, when Bryan will be going to surrender the title to Stephanie, Vince McMahon could come out. He could say that he has already lost a lot of money due to the decisions that Stephanie made and add that he is not going to allow her strip the title.
He can say that Bryan will remain as the champion and he will only have to defend his title next at Money in the Bank. It will be a great insult to Stephanie and she will be eager to get some revenge on Bryan.
#6 I cant vacate the title, but I can do worse
Since Stephanie is now unable to strip the title from Daniel Bryan, she will be looking to make a statement on the next Raw.
Mr. McMahon suggested that Bryan only needs to defend his title now at Money in the Bank so Stephanie will choose the opponent for Bryan. She could book Bryan against Kane in a buried alive match at the pay-per-view with Bryan’s title and Brie’s job on the line.
Bryan will have no choice than to accept the match and he will also get time to recover in a month’s time ensuring that we get a great match.
#5 Buried alive match at Money in the Bank
This match was actually planned for Payback but a pay-per-view shift is not going to be a problem for anyone. Bryan will be fit in time for this one and the nature of the match will hide any flaws from the rustiness he has.
Kane on the other hand could be taken off the television for a long time after this match and could return later to haunt someone else.
Bryan retaining the title, continuing feud between Shield and Evolution and the Money in the Bank match will make the pay-per-view a success. John Cena can come out as the winner of the Money in the Bank match at the PPV as well.
#4 And youre next opponent is
With Kane taken out of television, Stephanie McMahon can come out to cut a promo the next opponent that Bryan will face.
And just before Stephanie reveals the name, John Cena could come out and interrupt her saying that he is cashing in the Money in the Bank contract on Battleground. He could also add that Stephanie need not look further for anyone else to face Bryan at the PPV.
Stephanie will be angry at first that Cena interrupted her but later could agree with him with a grin on her face. Cena and Bryan could cut some interesting promos after the match is made official and play the A+, B+ player cards to heat up the crowd.
#3 Defending against John Cena at Battleground
Daniel Bryan and John Cena haven’t had many matches in pay-per-view and this one could carry a lot of expectations from the fans.
With the chemistry that these two have, they could live up to the expectations as well and deliver a great match. a match of such importance at a PPV like Battleground will help the company to build up a good buy rate as well.
As the match is nearing the end, Stephanie McMahon could come out and say that she had other plans for Bryan before Cena interrupted. She could also say that now both Bryan and Cena will suffer and bring out Brock Lesnar.
Lesnar can get in the ring and take out Bryan and Cena ending the match in a no contest. As the pay-per-view ends, Lesnar and Paul Heyman could pose in the middle of the ring with the WWE title.
#2 You two are going to be destroyed
The night after Battleground, Stephanie can come out and say that it is going to be a triple threat match at SummerSlam for the WWE title.
She would also add that Cena and Bryan is going to get squished in the hand of Lesnar and WWE is finally going to have a champion who is worthy of becoming the face of the company. Paul Heyman could play out the Undertaker’s streak ending deal as well.
With Cena, Bryan, Lesnar and Heyman in the mix, it’s going to be great segments throughout the buildup making it a must watch match in the end.
#1 The Triple threat showdown at SummerSlam
The stakes will be on an all-time high with these three facing off and WWE is sure to make a lot of money from this match.
Bryan excelled the last time we saw him in a triple threat match and he could be booked just like that. Lesnar would add the powerful presence inside the ring while Cena will be polarizing the WWE universe as usual.
Heyman adds that extra weight in the side of Lesnar as well. Lesnar could walk out of the pay-per-view with the title in the end and open up a potential feud with Daniel Bryan over the title to Night of Champion.
Cena on the other hand could come out and admit defeat the next night and go on to feud with Heyman’s other client.
