Hogan could make a return

WWE changes their WM plansThe Road to WrestleMania will officially kick start in just a matter of hours. While the rumors about Royal Rumble were expected to dominate the Internet due to the same, it was the WrestleMania rumors that filled the headline.WWE’s plans for WrestleMania apparently have changed big time and we might get to see a surprising match as the main event for the show. TNA’s desperations to be relevant was also among the rumors this past week whereas a huge return could be in the card before WrestleMania. That and much more were major talking points from the rumor mill and here are the most notable ones from the lot and their analysis.

#5 Hogan to return in time for WrestleMania

Hogan could make a return

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

The relationship between Hulk Hogan and WWE took a big fall thanks to the sex tape and racial claims.

Hogan was immediately released from the company and they did not want anything to do with them. The dust has settled down and we might get to see Hogan in WWE soon.

There were rumors circulating suggesting a potential return from Hogan by the time for WrestleMania. Hogan rejected the same saying that he is not in any kind of contact with the WWE, but as we know about the nature of the wrestling business, he could be there at WrestleMania 32.

#4 Ambiguity regarding Daniel Bryan

Mystery surrounding Bryan continues

The situation of Daniel Bryan has been a great mystery for quite some time now. The doctors were not sure about his situation for a long time and now, rumors have surfaced suggesting that he is fit to wrestle.

The rumor mill suggested that Bryan underwent a medical test recently and was apparently cleared completely to wrestle.

Meanwhile, another set of rumors suggested that Bryan was offered a string of jobs in the company but all of them were rejected as it kept him away from in-ring action. Bryan’s contract with WWE is apparently frozen from the looks of it, and if the first set of rumors are indeed true, he could wrestle at Mania.

#3 SmackDown to get a big boost

Lesnar in SmackDown will be good for business

WWE is on a mission to push SmackDown hard.

The change of network has been a solid move from the company and if they want SmackDown to reach the levels of Raw, they need to have major storyline aspects in the current ‘B’ show.

But before they do this, WWE is all set to make another big move to make SmackDown look relevant.

They are going to bring in Brock Lesnar for few a SmackDown shows and his presence is expected to be a big success story in the company’s latest mission. There is no news on how Lesnar will be involved, but don’t expect a big angle as WWE could start off slow.

#2 TNA tried to sign Bullet club members

In desperation mode

TNA apparently wanted to make their Pop TV debut a big thing.

They tried offering deals to Karl Anderson, Doc Gallows, and AJ Styles in order to bring the trio for their debut in the new network. Things did not work out for the company and the rumors about the trio joining WWE soon came up.

TNA is in no mood to give up despite the setback. They are looking to push their merchandise heavily in the coming weeks. Also, TNA is trying hard to put together their tour of India which was cancelled in December.

As things stand as of now, we could expect the company to visit India in the summer.

#1 Big twist in WrestleMania plans

For the WWE Championship

There are some big uncertainties regarding WWE’s WrestleMania plans. We have no idea what the company is planning but they dropped a big hint this week on Monday Night Raw.

From the looks of it, WWE is going for a WWE championship match between Bray Wyatt and Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania whereas Roman Reigns and Triple H could go head to head in a non-title match.

Lesnar going against the Wyatt Family is exciting on paper and the addition of WWE championship raises the stakes. Lesnar is the favorite to enter and exit WrestleMania as the champion and for most of the fans; it would be a case of a high-profile squash match.

Taking the title away from the Triple H vs. Reigns scenario, on the other hand, would be a genius decision.
