The Indianapolis Colts will take on the Washington Commanders in the NFL on Sunday (October 30). When we saw this game on the NFL schedule, we thought this would be the Carson Wentz Bowl: Wentz's former team, the Colts, against his current team, the Commanders.
Unfortunately, for Commanders fans, Wentz was injured a few weeks ago and remains sidelined for this one. Meanwhile, the Colts are making a switch at the QB position. This one is by choice - the Colts are moving on from Matt Ryan to Sam Ehlinger. Can Ehlinger give the Colts' offense a much-needed lift like Taylor Heinicke provided the Commanders last week?
On that note, let's look at the best DFS plays from this intriguing match-up:
NFL: Best quarterback picks
Cash Games and Tournament: Sam Ehlinger, QB, Indianapolis Colts (DraftKings $4K, FanDuel $6K)
Sam Ehlinger will make his first NFL start. Ehlinger is much different than his predecessor Matt Ryan. Ryan lived in the pocket and possessed no mobility to speak of. Sam Ehlinger has some wheels and can extend the play outside the pocket.

NFL: Best running back picks
Cash Games: Jonathan Taylor, RB, Indianapolis Colts (DraftKings $8K, FanDuel $8,300K)
We are still waiting on the ceiling performance from Jonathan Taylor. Perhaps we will see it this week. The Commanders are tough up front, so the Colts' offensive line, which has not been good, should have their hands full.
Tournament: Brian Robinson Jr., RB, Washington Commanders (DraftKings $5.6K, FanDuel $6K)
Brian Robinson Jr. has completed his takeover of the Washington backfield. The game script in this one could be ideal for the big back to wear down the Colts' defenders.

NFL: Wide receivers and tight ends
Cash game: Michael Pittman Jr., WR, Indianapolis Colts (DraftKings $7.2K, FanDuel $7.1K)
When you have a new QB under center, you are never quite sure how the passing tendencies wouldwork out. Most QBs have their guys, and who knows what receivers Ehlinger has the most confidence in? For now, Michael Pittman Jr. should be the target monster in the Colts' offense.
Tournament: Terry McLaurin, WR, Washington Commanders (DraftKings $6K, FanDuel $6.8K)
We finally saw signs of life out of Terry McLaurin last week. No coincidence: it was Taylor Heinicke under center that boosted the veteran receiver's numbers. With the rest of the Commanders' receivers banged up heading into this one, expect a similar result against Indianapolis.
