The 2022-2023 NBA season continues on Sunday, November 27th, with 18 teams in action. Take a look at three strong team bets for tonight's action, featuring the Milwaukee Bucks, Philadelphia 76ers, and Memphis Grizzlies.
Best NBA Team Bet #1: Milwaukee Bucks -6 (-110)
Milwaukee Bucks have been one of the best teams in the NBA, as they are 13-5 and currently second in the Eastern Conference. Milwaukee have been even better at home, winning ten of their twelve games at the Fiservz Forum. While the Bucks offense has ranked 17th in points per game and 21st in offensive rating, they have played much better at home. Furthermore, Milwaukee's defense has been an elite unit this season, ranking fourth in opponents points per game and first in defensive rating.
Dallas Mavericks, meanwhile, have struggled to a 9-9 record, ranking 10th in the Western Conference. The Mavericks are just 1-6 on the road this season. While Dallas' defense ranks second in opponents points per game and eighth in defensive rating, their offense ranks just 26th in points per game and 12th in offensive rating. Watch out for Milwaukee to continue their strong play at home by winning this contest by at least seven points.
Best NBA Team Bet #2: Philadelphia 76ers ML (-105)
Philadelphia 76ers and Orlando Magic will play for the second time in three nights, with both teams missing key personnel. The 76ers will be without Joel Embiid, James Harden, Tyrese Maxey, and Matisse Thybulle, while Magic will be without Wendell Carter Jr., Jalen Suggs, Cole Anthony, Markelle Fultz, Jonathan Isaac, and Chuma Okeke. While Philadelphia are 10-9 and ranked sixth in the Eastern Conference, Orlando are just 5-14 and ranked 14th in the Eastern Conference. With all of the players, aside from Orlando's Suggs, absent for Friday's game, Philadelphia were able to pull off an eight-point victory. Expect the 76ers to defeat the Magic once again, despite being the underdogs.
Best NBA Team Bet #3: Memphis Grizzlies -1.5 (-110)
Even while battling injuries early on, Memphis Grizzlies are currently 11-8 and tied for third in the Western Conference. Meanwhile, New York Knicks are just 9-10 and tied for ninth in the Eastern Conference. Memphis have been one of the NBA's best offenses, ranking eighth in points per game and ninth in offensive rating. However, their defense has ranked just 17th in opponents points per game and 16th in defensive rating. The Knicks have not had the same success, ranking 13th in points per game, 17th in offensive rating, 25th in opponents points per game, and 23rd in defensive rating. Look for the Grizzlies' strong offense to have no trouble scoring against the Knicks subpar defense. Expect Memphis to win by at least two points.
