NBA Parlay Leg #1: Steph Curry Over 28.5 Points (-102)
While the Golden State Warriors have struggled to a 7-9 start, ranking tied for 11th in the Western Conference, Steph Curry has gotten off to a spectacular start to the season. Through 15 games played, the four-time champion is averaging 32.2 points per game while shooting 52.8% from the field, 44.3% from three-point range, and 90.9% from the free-throw line. Additionally, Curry has scored at least 31 points in ten of his 15 games played.
Look for Curry to take advantage of a struggling Houston Rockets defense that ranks 23rd in opponents points per game and 28th in defensive rating. Expect the two-time NBA MVP to have a big night by scoring at least 29 points.
NBA Parlay Leg #2: Anthony Davis Over 27.5 Points (-106)
After battling injuries over the past two seasons, Anthony Davis is finally beginning to look healthy. While the Los Angeles Lakers are just 14th in the Western Conference with a 4-10 record, Davis has been quietly dominant all season. The star big man is averaging 25.3 points per game while shooting a career-high 54.8% from the field.
Over the past two games without co-star LeBron James, Davis is averaging 37.5 points per game while shooting an incredible 61.0% from the field, leading the Lakers to back-to-back wins.
While it remains unclear if James will return against the San Antonio Spurs, the offense should continue to run through Davis even if James does return to the lineup. Expect another dominant performance from the eight-time All-Star as he scores at least 28 points.
NBA Parlay Leg #3: Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs Total Points Over 229.5 (-110)
While the Los Angeles Lakers started the season as one of the NBA's best defenses, they have significantly regressed. The Lakers are ranked just 25th in opponents points per game and 18th in defensive rating.
The San Antonio Spurs, however, have been the NBA's worst defense. The Spurs rank 30th in opponents points per game and defensive rating.
With two struggling defenses, expect this matchup to be a high scoring affair. Look for the Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs to combine to score at least 230 points.
