The red-hot Phoenix Suns (7-2) take their prolific scoring on the road to the East Coast to take on the wildly unpredictable Philadelphia 76ers. The 76ers have struggled mightily out of the gates and will be without James Harden in this one. Tough to imagine the 76ers having enough firepower to keep pace with the dynamic Phoenix Suns.
The betting odds and predictions are below:
$1,000 No Sweat First Bet with FanDuel
Devin Booker has been on fire to begin the 2022 season. Booker paces the Suns in scoring with 27.0 points per night. Booker is imperative for a Suns offense that requires outside shooting.
Deandre Ayton continues to be a force on the inside. Ayton, who was rumored to be trade bait all off-season, has solidified his position on the team with 15.4 points and 7.9 rebounds every night.
Mikal Bridges continues to stuff the stat box with 14.9 points, 4.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game.
Chris Paul remains the veteran floor general. Paul is currently averaging a double-double, with 10.3 points and 10.2 assists per game.
How will the Philadelphia 76ers replace the value of James Harden? My initial thought is that Tobias Harris will have to step up offensively. Harris is currently averaging 14.4 points and 6.5 rebounds per game. Harris has been a 20-point scorer in the past, and the 76ers will need him to step up his scoring output.
Joel Embiid has been steady in the games that he has played. He will have to step up his game on both ends of the court as the leader of the 76ers.
Tyrese Maxey continues to push the envelope on his scoring with 24.9 points per game. Maxey has taken his game to the next level and deserves All-Star recognition.

Phoenix Suns vs. Philadelphia 76ers Final Prediction
The Phoenix Suns are too talented for the current brand of 76ers. Without James Harden, I struggle to see how the 76ers can keep pace. The Suns pull away and win by double-digits in this one.
