Utah Jazz will visit the Portland Trail Blazers on Saturday, November 19th in a matchup between the two teams that have surprised most viewers with their respective performances. These teams are tied for the best record in the Western Conference.
After trading Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, Bojan Bogdanovic, and Royce O'Neale away, Utah were expected to be among the worst teams in the NBA. Aside from a failed attempt at drafting Victor Wembanyama, the Jazz have not missed a beat. They are currently 11-6, thanks to a top-five offensive unit. Utah's offense currently ranks third in points per game and fifth in offensive rating. While their defense has not had the same success, ranking just 18th in opponents points per game and 14th in defensive ratings, the Jazz look destined to make the postseason for the seventh straight year under first-year head coach Will Hardy.
The Trail Blazers are also off to a surprising start. Portland were picked by many to miss the playoffs altogether, but a strong defense has led them to a 10-5 record. While the Trail Blazers offense ranks just 25th in points per game and 13th in offensive ratings, their defense ranks fifth in opponents points per game and sixth in defensive ratings. After missing the postseason last season for the first time since Damian Lillard's rookie season, Portland appear to be on their way back.
The Jazz are 5-5 on the road, while the Trail Blazers are 4-3 at home.

Utah Jazz vs. Portland Trail Blazers Betting Prediction
Utah Jazz are set to enter their matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers in the second leg of a back-to-back. Utah's offense has been phenomenal this season, however, Portland's defense has not done all too badly either. Look for the Trail Blazers defense to win this matchup, as the Jazz may not have gas left in the tank after such a closely contested game last night. Expect Portland to win by at least five points.
