4th edition of Hyderabad Corporate Olympics to commence on 20th Sept 2014

Hyderabad Corporate Olympics enters its fourth edition

After the great success in the initial 3 editions, the 4th edition of the Hyderabad Corporate Olympics is back, this time with more sports disciplines. The current edition will commence on 20th Sept 2014 and will comprise of 19 sports disciplines.

What started off with 53 companies in 2011 has grown to 93 companies in 2013. This edition will be much bigger and over 100 corporate companies are expected to participate.

Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Pool Billiards, Volleyball (Men), Volleyball (Women), Throwball, Basketball 3on3 (Women), Tennisball Cricket (Women), Snooker, Soccer 6’s, Soccer Shoot-out (Women), Tennis, Chess, Carom, Table Tennis, Swimming & Tug of War are the disciplines that would be conducted this edition.

The sports activities would be conducted during the weekends without disturbing the work schedule of the corporate executives.

Gold, Silver, Bronze medals would be given to the winners in addition to the Gifts / Gift Vouchers and the team with the maximum points at the end of the event, will be awarded the prestigious CORPORATE CHAMPIONS TROPHY which is currently held by Deloitte.

We expect over 100 companies to participate this edition. Many presume that this is an event for IT professionals but in actual this event is open for all sectors irrespective of the type of industry and size of the company.” said R.P.Sarathy, Convener of the Hyderabad Corporate Olympics.
