China's Chen takes badminton bronze

London - China’s Chen Long won the bronze in the men’s singles badminton Sunday at the London Olympics, beating South Korea’s Hyun Il Lee.

Third seed Chen beat seventh seed Hyun 21-12, 15-21, 21-15 to take the bronze in 80 minutes.

Top seed Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia, who beat Chen in the semi-finals, will play for the gold against China’s Lin Dan, the second seed, later Sunday.
