Michelle Obama arrives in Britain

London, July 27 – US First Lady Michelle Obama who is leading America’s delegation to the Olympics Friday arrived in Britain for the start of a two-day visit.

Her packed itinerary includes visiting Team USA at their Docklands training camp, and hosting a party for 1,000 children in the gardens of the US ambassador’s residence, The Independent reported.

Saturday she will meet Samantha Cameron, the wife of British Prime Minister David Cameron, and watch US athletes compete before flying back to Washington Sunday.

In keeping with the Olympic spirit, the First Lady wore a blue and white tracksuit as she jogged towards a crowd of American and British children in the garden of the US ambassador’s Regents Park residence, the newspaper said.
