Los Cabos (Mexico), June 20 (IANS/RIA Novosti): Russian President, Vladimir Putin did not rule out he would pay a visit to London when the city hosts the 2012 Olympics.
Putin told journalists following the G20 summit in Los Cabos, Mexico, that Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will lead the Russian delegation at the opening of the Olympic Games.
“But I will likely also attend the Olympics. I want to come to watch the judo competitions,” he said.
“Anyway, that would be a private visit,” Putin added.
London will host the games from July 27 to Aug 12.
