The Effect of a cheering crowd

Have you ever been to a stadium! Have you felt the vibes of the field! You’d love to be a part of it. A live telecast before the ultimate camera viz. the ‘eyes’ is truly an unforgettable memory. If we think that we have not been part of major sports, we are flawed. We, people have constantly been gathering in huge numbers and encouraging our home teams or teams which we supported from the stands. We have as much regard to the game as the players.

The ‘crowd’ is the ‘we’ that was mentioned before. We have grown to represent the spirit of a player on the field. We are the ultimate source pof inspirztion to the players on the field. We are always there when our team needs us. Thus we play a major role in the game’s fate. The crowd has always been seen as a positive area on the arena where most major sports are played. But to underestimate the value of crowds in small games and sports would be a great mistake.

All games/sports are equally influenced by their supporting crowds and this is often a deciding factor for winning a match. Playgrounds and stadiums have almost been built for the sake of the audience, in this case the crowd who encourages strongly by cheers and jeers apart from the chunk where the match is held. Players use the ground as a battlefield to make their countries proud and the crowds, which mostly consist of ‘sports fans’ travel to different countries too to support their home teams in all situations. This is the true family of a sportsperson.

The real achievement that a sportsperson gets is when the crowd is ever enthusiastic when he/she enters the battleground. We must take care of our players and they will provide us with better entertainment. This mutual interdependence has become the heart and soul of a match and it must be so for having a healthy competition among players of various nations. It is a great global experience that the crowds provide and we must be proud for being such ‘ardent’ devotees of sports ‘Gods/legends’.
