States Where DraftKings Sportsbook and DraftKings DFS are illegal
While some states don’t have DraftKings yet because of pending legal infrastructure, some states don’t have their sportsbook or DFS because it’s expressly illegal. These are the states that do not allow at least one option at the moment, if not both.
