Yohan Pandole and Armaan Darukhanwalla upset the top seeds in their respective finals at the MG Junior 2014 tournament. Yohan defeated Rajat Sharma of Delhi in four tight games while Armaan defeated Kanav Nanavati of Tamil Nadu in the boys’ U19 and U11 categories respectively.
In girls’ U11 and U13 categories, Ananya Dabke and Navmi Sharma respectively won the titles.
In girls’ U15 category, Aditi Prasad, who defeated Akansha Rao, the top seed, in the quarters, lost in final to Koel Shankar.
