Mahesh Mangaonkar and Kush Kumar bowed out in straight games to higher ranked opponents in the semi finals of the British Junior Open boys under 19 and 17 respectively.

The Egyptians dominated from the start, while both Mahesh and Kush let go of a lead in the second game the Indian lads were unable to win a game in the match.
“Am certainly disappointed that no Indian made the final but both boys certainly gave it all they had. In my view, these 2 youngsters are the future of Indian squash. This culminates a good week of top class squash with 5 Indians reaching the quarterfinals – a record for us at the British Junior Open” said Cyrus Poncha, National Coach.
