Home hero Ivan Yuen successfully retained his NSC SRAM Series No.1 title when he beat second seed Harinder Pal Sandhu in the final of the PSA World Tour Challenger 5 squash event at the Bukit Jalil National Squash Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The 23-year-old top seed from KL, ranked 68 in the world, was taken the full distance before seeing off Sandhu, ranked ten places lower, 6-11, 13-11, 10-12, 11-1, 11-5 in 85 minutes.
The win marks Yuen’s third PSA Tour title.
