Born in 2006 in Montpellier, France, Felix Lebrun comes from a family connected to table tennis. His elder brother Alexis Lebrun is also part of the Paris Olympics France team. Moreover, his father and uncle also represented the country.

Felix caught the limelight at the European Games 2023, defeating Marcos Freitas in a seven-game final. Later, he secured the WTT Contender Antalya title in 2023 in the men's singles event.

After impressive performances, he propelled into the top ten of the ITTF World Rankings in October 2023. In 2024, he secured his second WTT singles event title in Goa. The France men's team propelled to the final of the World Team Championships in 2024 and secured a silver medal, losing the final to China.

In March 2024, he achieved his career-best ITTF ranking of World No. 5 and poses a big threat to Harmeet Desai in the Round of 64 encounter.
