Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar represented India at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan. The Madhya Pradesh-born shooter fell short of reaching the final in the men's 50m rifle 3 positions event at the prestigious competition.
Earlier, he clinched a bronze medal in the 50-meter rifle 3 positions event at the 2019 Asian Shooting Championships. He secured the 21st position with a score of 1167 and 63 Xs in the event held at the Asaka Shooting Range.
The 23-year-old, hailing from Madhya Pradesh, made a promising start, notching a score of 99 in the first series of the kneeling position. The Indian followed it up with an excellent performance in the next series. He had a slight dip to 95 in the third series.
Nevertheless, he managed to conclude the stage with another ideal score. He has accumulated a total score of 397 from kneeling which placed him in second position.

Aishwary Pratap Singh Tomar, the gold medallist in the event at the ISSF World Cup in New Delhi in 2021, commenced his prone position series impressively with scores of 98 and 99. Unfortunately, he was out of contention for the top eight spots after scoring 97 each in the following two series, which resulted in a score of 391.
The young shooter faced a challenging start further in the standing position, as he could score only 95 in the first series, marked by four consecutive 9s at the outset. Nevertheless, he showed promise accumulating a score of 96 in the second series.
Moreover, he experienced a setback in the third series, achieving a score of 93, including five 9s and one eight. He accumulated a score of 95 in the final series but it was not enough for him to make it to the final round of the event.
