Anush Agarwalla will be India's only representative in equestrian at the Paris Olympics 2024. He secured a first-ever quota berth in the dressage event at the Games.
Agarwalla also clinched a gold medal in the Team Dressage event at the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou. It was India's first-ever gold medal in this event at the continental event, which also ended the country's 40-year gold medal drought in equestrian sports.
Based upon his performances in various competitions since the past year, the Equestrian Federation of India (EFI) chose him for the global event.
Equestrian venue for Paris Olympics 2024
The Palace of Versailles will play host to the jumping and dressage competitions at the Paris Olympics, while individual and team eventing cross-country section will be held alongside the Grand Canal.

At the end of the Games, the temporary facilities for the sport at the venue will be dismantled. However, the UNESCO World Heritage Site will remain open to millions of visitors all year.
