Simran ran in lane 6, keeping her pace steady while competing against a strong field. She was just behind Germany’s Katrin Mueller-Rottgardt, who led the race with a season-best time of 12.26 seconds.
Despite the tight competition in the Paris Paralympics 2024 women’s 100m T12, Simran’s unwavering focus and connection with her guide allowed her to hold her position and finish comfortably ahead of Venezuela’s Alejandra Paola Perez Lopez, who crossed the line in 12.52 seconds.
