WTT Contender Tunis 2024: Results at the end of Day 4

It was a disappointing day for the Indian contingent, including the Paris-bound athletes, as almost all Indian paddlers, excluding one pair bowed out of the WTT Contender Tunis 2024 on the fourth day of the campaign. Let’s delve into the details of the day.

In the men’s singles pre-quarter-finals, Manav Thakkar, Sathiyan Gnanasekaran, and Sharath Kamal couldn’t bag wins as they were eliminated. Diya Parag, Manika Batra, and Yashaswini Ghorpade suffered losses in the women's singles pre-quarter-finals and bowed out of the WTT Contender Tunis 2024.

In the men’s doubles quarter-finals, Sathiyan Gnanasekaran-Harmeet Desai and Sharath Kamal-Manav Thakkar couldn’t create an impact as they ended their campaign with losses.

In the women’s doubles quarter-finals, Yashaswini Ghorpade-Diya Parag defeated Ayhika Mukherjee-Sreeja Akula to make it to the semi-finals. They are the lone Indian pair in contention currently in the WTT Contender Tunis 2024.
