The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) had asked people to come up with an amazing trick shot for its competition. Entrants from all across the world showed their weird, wacky and creative table tennis trick shots in the hope to be crowned with the world's best table tennis trick shot and win amazing prizes.
After 62 entries that accumulated over 700,000 views on YouTube and YouKu, the International Federation is proud to announce the five finalists for the STIGA 2014 ITTF Trick Shot Showdown. We look at the first entry today.
Entry No. 1 - Josep Antón Velázquez - Two precision services with the exact amount of spin, speed, height and placement to pass through the holes of the wood and make the desired path. The second one makes a curve trajectory "around the net" due to the second hole isn't in straight line. The most difficult part is to synchronize the two services in time even when you cannot see the first ball behind the small wood.
