Barbora Krejcikova is a 28-year-old Czech tennis player who has earned fame in the singles and doubles categories. She is ranked as high as World No. 1 in doubles and No. 2 in singles, which she achieved in October 2018 and February 2022, respectively. As of 2024, Krejcikova has won 26 WTA titles, including eight in the singles and 18 in the doubles category.

Krejcikova won the 2024 Prague Open with Katerina Siniakova, defeating Lucie Safarova and Bethanie Mattek Sands in the final. She reached the quarterfinals of both the singles and doubles draws at the 2024 Ningbo Open. Additionally, Krejčíková qualified for the 2024 WTA Finals on October 16, 2024.

Krejcikova has showcased her versatile performance by winning 12 Grand Slam titles in her career to date. She has won two Major singles titles, three in mixed doubles, and seven in the doubles category. She is the second female player after Venus Williams to win a Major title in all three disciplines. Partnering with Siniakova, Krejcikova has won gold in the Tokyo Olympics, including the 2021 WTA Finals. The duo was also part of the 2018 Fed Team and helped Czech emerge victorious. She is an aggressive player who plays an all-court game with heavy topspin and groundstrokes.

Barbora Krejcikova's Doubles Partner

Krejcikova has recently partnered with Chan Hao-ching for the 2024 Ningbo Open, where they reached the quarterfinals. Chan Hao-ching is a Taiwanese doubles specialist who has won 21 titles in her career to date. Krejcikova has also formed a double partnership with Laura Siegemund, who is a professional player from Germany. With Siegemund, she finished runner-up at the 2024 Madrid Open and quarterfinalist at the 2024 Wimbledon Open.

Besides Chan Hao-ching and Siegemund, Krejcikova had a successful partnership with Katerina Siniakova from 2013 to 2023. Together with Siniakova, she has won all seven Grand Slam titles in the women's doubles category. The duo completed the Career Super Slam by becoming the only doubles team to achieve the goal. They also reached two WTA Finals, winning the 2021 WTA Finals.
