Incheon, Sep 23 (IANS) China defeated Japan 2-1 to enter the men's tennis team final for the first time at the Asian Games in 24 years.
Wu Di, the first Chinese man who has played a Grand Slam, lost to Nishioka Yoshihito in the first match but China's No. 1 Zhang Ze made it 1-1 with a win over Sugita Yuichi, reports Xinhua. Li Zhe then paired with Gong Maoxin to beat Ito Tatsuma and Uchiyama Yasutaka 2-1 in the doubles to seal the win.
