Third seed David Ferrer came from a set down to beat Marinko Matosevic 5-7, 6-1, 6-2 in the second round of the China Open on Thursday (3rd October), while Richard Gasquet was a straight sets 7-6 (2), 6-4 winner over another Bernard Tomic.
