Erin Routliffe is a professional tennis player from New Zealand. She has previously represented Canada on the WTA tour. Routliffe achieved her career-high doubles ranking of No. 1 in July 2024 and has won eight WTA doubles titles as of January 2025, including the 2023 US Open in doubles with partner Gabriela Dabrowski. After winning the US Open, Routliffe became the first women's player from New Zealand to win the tournament.

At the WTA Finals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in November 2024, Dabrowski and Routliffe, who were seeded second, went unbeaten to win and made it to the finals. They defeated Katerina Siniakova and Taylor Townsend in the final to earn their first WTA Tour Finals title. She started playing tennis at a young age and attended the University of Alabama. She turned pro in 2017 and has been a mainstay on the doubles circuit ever since. She has a compact game style and has improved her net game significantly.

Erin Routliffe was born in Auckland, New Zealand, on April 11, 1995. She spent the first four years of her life in New Zealand. Her parents decided to move back to Canada when she was four. Before 2017, Routliffe represented Canada on the WTA tour but later made a big decision to change her nationality in terms of tennis representation—from Canada to New Zealand. Routliffe's request to switch her representational nationality to her birth country was approved by the ITF in June 2017. She participated at the 2024 Paris Olympics representing New Zealand but lost in the first round 2-6, 3-6. Her Fed Cup record representing New Zealand is 19 wins and 11 losses in her career. In doubles, she has 14 wins and 7 losses.
