Paris - Seven-time French Open champion Rafael Nadal said that he is in good shape for the tennis tournament but the only problem that could affect him is cold weather.
Nadal, playing his first Grand Slam event after losing in the second round at Wimbledon last year, was drawn in the same half as world No.1 Novak Djokovic, which means he could meet the Serb in the semifinals.
“When I came back, I played well,” said the Spaniard. “I had a very good few tournaments. I am here back another year and just be there is a very positive news for me. The only negative thing is this cold weather.”
“The tournament starts from the first round, and I’m sure that both of us, we know that we have a hard way before that,” he said.
