TCU found themselves 3-2 down at one point. However, Jack Pinnington came to their rescue as he got the better of No. 2 Texas' Elliot Spizzirri 2-6, 6-4, 6-2 to even things up. It was a monumental victory considering Spizzirri's position at the top of the ITA singles rankings throughout the regular season.
Sebastian Gorzny decided the match in TCU's favor, defeating the Longhorns' Jonah Braswell 7-5, 4-6, 6-3. The victory marked the first NCAA Division I title for the TCU men's tennis team. It also helped them become the second Big 12 program to become the NCAA Division I men's champion. Interestingly, it was Texas who became the first Big 12 program to achieve the feat back in 2019.

Nicole Khirin and Jeanette Mireles, and Carston Branstine and Lucciana Perez, the two doubles pairings, got Texas A&M to the perfect start in doubles. Branstine and Perez came out on top against Giullermina Grant and Mai Nirundorn. Meanwhile, Khirin and Mireles made short work of Anastasiia Lopata and Mell Reasco.
Next, it was Mary Stoiana's turn to get it on the act, as the nationally-ranked No. 1 continued Texas A&M's dominance in singles. She defeated Dasha Vidmanova 6-1, 7-6. Khirin bagged another win as she survived a few scares to eventually emerge victorious over Reasco. Perez struck the decisive blow as she clinched her encounter against Grand 6-2, 7-6(2).
