Alexander Zverev enjoyed some quality time during his off-season with his family in the Maldives by playing some games on the beach with his father, Alexander Zverev Sr. and his brother, Mischa. Zverev also teased about how he and his brother were the only ones who managed to avoid getting sunburnt during their games at the beach.

Zverev had a successful season in 2024, clinching two titles - the 2024 Italian Open by defeating Nicolas Jarry in the final and the Paris Masters by overcoming Ugo Hubert in the title match. He also won the Laver Cup with Team Europe. The German finished as the runner-up at the 2024 French Open and the Hamburg Open.

The World No. 2 also had semifinal runs at the Australian Open, Los Cabos Open, Miami Open, Halle Open, Cincinnati Masters, and the ATP Finals.

Alexander Zverev last competed at the 2024 ATP Finals following which he headed to the Maldives for a well-deserved break with his family.

Zverev's brother, Mischa, recently took to social media to share a series of pictures of the moments of the Zverev family and Brazilian tennis player Marcelo Melo engaging in beach games. The photos also revealed that Melo and Zverev Sr. were the unfortunate victims of severe sunburn, turning almost red due to the exposure.

“How else could it end…..???? Who wins?" Mischa captioned his Instagram post.

Reacting to the pictures, Alexander Zverev humorously remarked that the beach games ended with him and his brother being the only ones unscathed by the sunburn.

“Well it ended by @mischazverevofficial and me being the only once without a sunburn," Zverev commented.
