Andre Agassi recently revisited his and his wife Steffi Graf's achievement of completing the 'Career Golden Slam,' which involves winning all four Grand Slam titles and an Olympic gold medal in singles. The American's reaction was sparked by Novak Djokovic achieving the same feat at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Djokovic, who has clinched multiple Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon Championships, and US Open titles, secured the gold medal at the Paris Games by defeating Carlos Alcaraz in the final and thus completing his Career Golden Slam.
The Serb was the top seed at the 2024 Olympic Games and defeated the likes of Matthew Ebden, Rafael Nadal, Dominik Koepfer, Stefanos Tsitsipas and then Lorenzo Musetti in the semifinals to secure his place in the summit clash.
In the final, Novak Djokovic defeated Carlos Alcaraz 7-6(3), 7-6(2) to secure the gold medal in the men's singles event and thus also secure his place as the fifth player to achieve the Career Golden Grand Slam. He follows in the footsteps of legends like Steffi Graf, Andre Agassi, Rafael Nadal, and Serena Williams.

Reacting to the post, Andre Agassi then took to his social media and re-shared ESPN's post which mentions his and Graf's achievements of completing Career Golden Slam.

Steffi Graf completed her Career Golden Slam in 1988 when she won the gold medal at the Seoul Olympics after defeating Gabriela Sabatini in the final. Before the Games, the German had already won one Australian Open, one Wimbledon title, one US Open title and two French Open titles
Whereas, Andre Agassi completed his Career Golden Slam in 1999 after he won the French Open by defeating Andrei Medvedev in the final. Before the Claycourt Grand Slam title win, he had won the Australian Open title in 1995, a title in Wimbledon in 1992, an US Open title in 1994 and gold medal at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics.

Following his win over Carlos Alcaraz in the final of the 2024 Paris Olympics, Novak Djokovic took to social media to share a series of photos of him with the gold medal and also some pictures from the match.
"Dear Serbia, We did it. Love, Nole ❤️ 🥇 ," Djokovic captioned his Instagram post.
Andre Agassi then commented on Djokovic's post, offering his congratulations to the Serb on achieving the Career Golden Slam. He claimed that the 37-year-old's accomplishments in tennis have stopped surprising him, however they never fail to impress him.
"The Career Golden Slam... what you continue to accomplish in our sport has long since stopped surprising me, but always continues to amaze me. Congratulations, my friend!!" Agassi commented.
This recent win marks Novak Djokovic as well as Serbia's second Olympic medal in tennis. The first medal came at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, where Djokovic defeated James Black to claim the bronze medal.
