Shiffrin won her 87th World Cup title by winning the slalom (the form of skiing which involves racing between two poles) in Are, Sweden on Saturday. The 27-year-old broke the overall skiing record set by Swedish skiing legend Ingemar Stenmark.

Shiffrin is a two-time Olympic gold medalist and is now the most decorated skier of all time. Sporting legends from all over the world have congratulated the American for her feat.
