In an Instagram story posted by Sabalenka on Monday, she shared two photos. In one, she was seen with David Grutman, a partner in various Miami-based restaurants and nightclubs, and with Belarusian tennis player Andrei Vasilevski. They all held pizza slices on their plates while playfully posing for the photo. Sabalenka also took a picture with her fans and workers at the restaurant.

At the Porshce Tennis Grand Prix in Stuttgart, Sabalenka reached the final but was defeated by Iga Świątek for the second consecutive year. She secured her third title of the year in Madrid, beating Świątek in the final, 6–3, 3–6, 6–3. However, in Rome, she suffered an early loss to Sofia Kenin. At the French Open, she reached the semifinals but lost to Karolína Muchová.
