Aryna Sabalenka recently shared glimpses of her peaceful time off following the Australian Open. The Belarusian, who often posts pictures alongside her team and boyfriend, instead appeared solo this time.

Sabalenka entered the Australian Open as a heavy favorite to win given her run of form. The Belarusian dropped just one set en route to the final, where she was up against Madison Keys. However, the American produced a terrific performance to beat her 6-3, 2-6, 7-5 and clinch her maiden Grand Slam title.

This put an end to a 20-match winning streak for Sabalenka at hard-court Majors, having previously won the Australian Open and US Open in 2024.

The Belarusian recently shared glimpses of her adorable time out after the Melbourne Major. In one of these pictures, she was seen chilling out alone in a cosy white shirt. The 26-year-old shared another picture on her tories, showcasing the calm ocean right in front of her, with the caption reading:

"Me time."

Aryna Sabalenka expressed her disappointment at not defending her Australian Open title. Speaking in her post-match press conference, the Belarusian meant that afrer the reaching the final, nothing mattered to her other than the winner's trophy. She also hoped to win the Australian Open in 2026.

“I think when you get to the point of finals, it’s trophy or nothing. Nobody remembers the finalist, you know? Nobody put, like, next to the winner, the finalist name. At this point, yeah, I go for titles. Of course, I have to be anyway proud of myself with the finals, three finals in a row. That’s something crazy. I hope that next year I’ll come back as a better player, and I’ll hold Daphne [the Daphne Akhurst Memorial Cup] one more time," she said.

Following the Australian Open, Sabalenka has 11 wins out of 12 matches so far in the 2025 season. Before the Melbourne Major, the 26-year-old won the Brisbane International after defeating Polina Kudermetova 4-6, 6-3, 6-2 in the final.
