Aryna Sabalenka hopped on the viral social media trend, 'We listen and we don't judge,' with her coach Anton Dubrov. The Belarusian made some unheard-of confessions in front of her coach.

Sabalenka wrapped up her 2024 season at the WTA Finals, where she reached the semi-final, losing 7-6(7), 6-3 to Coco Gauff, but finished the year as the World No. 1. She will commence her 2025 season at the Brisbane International.

Amidst that, Sabalenka revealed that she gets annoyed as her team is getting bigger physically while she's busy trying to be in shape. She also made another admission of pretending to be tired between her practice to go for shopping.

"Okay guys, I am trying to stay in the shape, you know like healthy. And meanwhile my team is getting bigger and bigger and it really annoys me," said Aryna Sabalenka.

Her second admission was as follows:

"Okay one time I wasn't that tired but I pretended that I am really tired. Just to escape the second heat and go shopping. I did it once."

Here are the confessions made by her coach during the challenge:

"When you're on the court and screaming at us in the box, we want to tell you something really good words back. But we don't. One week when we've been practicing and you've been so frustrated on the court, I said that I'm sick, and I skip one practice."

Aryna Sabalenka opens her campaign at the Brisbane International on December 31 against Renata Zarazua.

Aryna Sabalenka opens up on her goals for the Australian Open

After competing at the Brisbane International, Aryna Sabalenka will play the Australian Open, which starts on January 12. In a press conference before her Brisbane International campaign, she opened up about her mindset.

She exuded confidence about competing in Grand Slams and that she was capable of holding the trophy. She also revealed that she will focus on improving her game (as quoted by puntodebreak)

"I definitely have confidence in Grand Slams. I know I am capable of many things, that I am capable of holding that beautiful trophy. It's good to know, but there is still a long way to go. Many things need to be done. I prefer to focus step by step.
"It's good to know that you have the ability to win the Australian Open, but it's better to focus on yourself, on improving each day, on doing your best and expecting the best. That is my mindset for the Australian Open," said Aryna Sabalenka.

Ahead of the WTA Finals, Sabalenka won the Wuhan Open title, besting Qinwen Zheng in the final round 6-3, 5-7, 6-3.
