Naomi Osaka and Clara Tauson locked horns in a blockbuster final at the 2025 ASB Classic, with Tauson emerging victorious to clinch her third singles title on the WTA tour. Both players will earn substantial rewards for their success in Auckland, with the prize pool for the tournament totaling $275,094

Tauson clinched her first title of the season in impressive fashion at the ASB Classic after Osaka retired from the match due to injury with the scoreline reading 6-4, 0-0 in her favor. The Dane will earn $36,300 for her triumph at the WTA 250 event, while Osaka will take home $21,484 for her runner-up finish.

Americans Alycia Parks and Robin Montgomery, who fell short in the semifinals, will each earn $11,970. Meanwhile, top seed Madison Keys, eighth seed Katie Volynets, Bernarda Pera, and Hailey Baptiste will each pocket $6,815 for their runs to the quarterfinals in Auckland.

The players that lost in the second round, including Sofia Kenin, Rebecca Marino, Jodie Burrage, Jaqueline Cristian, and Julia Grabher, will each earn $4,160. Third seed Amanda Anisimova, fourth seed Lulu Sun, Lucia Bronzetti, Erika Andreeva, Wang Xiyu, and the other players who were knocked out in the first round will each take home $2,975.

Even the players who did not reach the main draw of the ASB Classic will be rewarded for their efforts, with the players who lost in the second round of qualifiers each receiving $2,200, and those that did not make it past the first round of qualifiers each earning $1,420.

No. 2 seeds Jiang Xinyu and Wu Fang-Hsien will face Sabrina Santamaria and Aleksandra Krunic in the women's doubles final at the 2025 ASB Classic. The winners of the blockbuster title clash will take home $13,200, while the losing duo will receive $7,430.

Sloane Stephens and Clara Tauson, as well as third seeds Makoto Ninomiya and Fanny Stoller, will earn $4,620 for their run to the semifinals. Katie Volynets and Ann Li, Tara Moore and Rebecca Marino, and the other pairs who were knocked out in the quarterfinals will each pocket $2,540.

Fourth seeds Katarzyna Piter and Tang Qianhui, along with the other teams that lost in the opening round, will each earn $1,960 for their appearance at the WTA 250 event in Auckland, New Zealand.
