Naomi Osaka will return to action at the 2025 ASB Classic in Auckland, New Zealand. The tournament gets underway with main draw action on Monday, 30 December, 2024.

But before the Japanese player takes to the Stadium Court, Clara Tauson and Lucrezia Stefanini will open play. Former champion Sloane Stephens, who leads the pack of talented Americans in this year’s draw, will headline the evening session.

Lulu Sun, who made history by becoming just the second player from New Zealand to make a Grand Slam quarterfinal at last year’s Wimbledon, meanwhile, will look to keep the home hopes alive. She takes on the big-serving Rebecca Marino in her opener.
