The men's and women's semifinal draw for the last Grand Slam of the year has been confirmed, with two American male players and two American female players making the cut.
Emma Navarro reached her maiden Grand Slam semifinals after defeating Paula Badosa in the quarterfinals. She will take on World No. 2 Aryna Sabalenka for a place in the final.
Jessica Pegula too has her task cut out for her as she will face a resurgent Karolina Muchova in the last four. Pegula got the better of the World No. 1 Iga Swiatek to reach her maiden semifinal, while Muchova bested Beatriz Haddad Maia in the previous round.
