Grigor Dimitrov will open his Brisbane International campaign with a first-round encounter against Yannick Hanfmann. He will be among the several names taking to court on Day 2 of the tournament.

Ons Jabeur also returns to competition, playing her first singles match since opting to end her 2024 season early due to an injury. The Tunisian will be out on the central Pat Rafter Arena in the evening session.
