Former World No. 1 Caroline Wozniacki and her spouse David Lee recently attended Ed Sheeran's concert in Florida, United States, and met up with the English singer afterwards.
Wozniacki made a stunning comeback to professional tennis this year, following her retirement from the sport in 2020. She last competed at the 2023 US Open in New York, where she reached the fourth round.
Opting to miss the ongoing Asian tennis swing, the Dane has been spending quality time with her family and friends. She recently attended an Ed Sheeran concert with husband David Lee. The former Grand Slam champion also met Ed Sheeran backstage after his show.
"What a night it was! @edsheeran is so incredibly talented and put on an amazing show! Thank you for having us. Best concert I have been to," Caroline Wozniacki wrote on Twitter.
The 'Shape of You' singer has been touring across the United States since April this year. He is one of the most successful artists in the music industry, having sold over 150 million records worldwide and also holds the distinction of being the most followed artist on Spotify.
Although it isn't widely known, Caroline Wozniacki ventured into the world of music herself by releasing her debut song, titled "Oxygen" in 2012. In a prior interview, she also talked about the kind of music she listens to while working out. Her list of preferred artists included the likes of Drake, Eminem, Calvin Harris, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Celine Dion, Sam Smith, and Tori Kelly.
Wozniacki also recently attended the Jonas Brothers' concert on October 14 with her husband David Lee at the Kaseya Center in Miami. She shared a couple of videos from the event on her social media account.

Caroline Wozniacki to kick off her 2024 season at ASB Classic in Auckland, New Zealand
Caroline Wozniacki has confirmed that she will begin her 2024 tennis season at the ASB Classic in Auckland, New Zealand.
The Dane, who staged an incredible comeback in August 2023, is eager to return to the tournament where she has competed seven times in her career since 2009. She announced her participation in the event through a video message.
The ASB Classic in Auckland is scheduled to begin on January 1, 2024. The former World No. 1 sounded optimistic about her participation and also looked forward to competing at the 2024 Australian Open.
"I'm so excited to come back to Auckland. I have amazing memories from playing in Auckland," Caroline Wozniacki said on Instagram. "It’s going to be my children’s first time there. It’s amazing that I can come back and prepare as well as I possibly can for the Australian Open."
Wozniacki continued:
"I love the fans in Auckland. I always have had an amazing time there. I thought it was going to be my best preparation and also the best place for my family to come and start the new season."
Wozniacki made her first Grand Slam appearance since 2020 at the US Open this year. She defeated the likes of Tatiana Prozorova, Petra Kvitova, and Jennifer Brady en route to the fourth round, but couldn't get past eventual champion Coco Gauff.
