Coco Gauff gives endearing shoutout to mother Candi & father Corey as parents ring in 24th wedding anniversary with her at Australian Open

Coco Gauff shared a heartwarming wish for her parents, Corey and Candi Gauff, on their anniversary. The American is currently competing at the Australian Open 2025.

Gauff is gearing up for the second round of the tournament, and amid this, her parents touched on 24 years of togetherness. On this occasion, the 20-year-old shared a heartily wish for them on her Instagram, sharing an adorable picture of them posing together. She wrote in the caption:

"Also today is my parents anniversary! 24 years!!," wrote Coco Gauff.

Coco Gauff commenced her 2025 season, competing at the United Cup, and showcased her dominance by winning the title in her showdown against Iga Swiatek in the finals. Following this, she recently won the first round of the Australian Open against Sofia Kenin, 6-3, 6-3.

Coco Gauff opened up about her bond with her mother

In a press conference, ahead of the WTA Finals last year, Coco Gauff expressed her feelings about her mother and revealed the bond they share with each other. She opened up about her parents' support throughout her career and highlighted the time she spent with her mom.

"Yeah, I mean, both my parents are constant support all the time," Gauff said. "My mom, it's just a motherly thing. There's nothing like a mother daughter relationship. Especially in swings like Asia where it maybe is more isolated than usual, we just play Uno lot."

Gauff further shared about an argument that she had with her mother.

"We actually didn't argue. Yesterday I think was the first time we argued a little bit because we spend too much time with each other. It wasn't an argument, but we just get annoyed."

Coco Gauff wrapped up her 2024 season, competing at the WTA Finals, where she nabbed the title after delivering a brilliant performance in the finals against Qinwen Zheng, 3-6, 6-4, 7-6(2). Along with this, she ended her year with a world No. 3 rank, and during all these achievements, she has had the constant support of her parents.
