Coco Gauff has recently revealed her custom New Balance sneakers for the 2025 United Cup. The 20-year-old described them as the "hardest shoes on the tour."
The United Cup will kick off on December 27, 2024, and run through January 5, 2025. This will mark Gauff's debut appearance at the tournament, where she will represent the United States alongside Taylor Fritz, Denis Kudla, Desirae Krawczyk, Danielle Collins, and Robert Golaway.

One of the pictures was taken from the window of a plane as she and her teammates touched down in Australia. Another was a video highlighting the sneakers, which she captioned as "the coolest shoes on tour." In another image, she featured the back view of the sneakers, adding the caption, "United Cup ready."

Coco Gauff excited ahead of maiden United Cup campaign
In October, Coco Gauff spoke to reporters and detailed her excitement about joining the U.S. team at the United Cup. She described the event as a fantastic opportunity and shared how much she enjoyed playing mixed doubles with Taylor Fritz at the 2024 Paris Olympics, where they reached the quarter-finals.
“This will be my first time playing the United Cup so I’m super excited to kick off the year in Australia,It’s always an honor to represent my country," Gauff said.
Hoping to replicate her Olympics experience, the 2023 US Open champion also expressed anticipation of visiting new parts of Australia.
“It’s a really, cool event. I had a lot of fun playing mixed doubles at the Olympics so I kinda want to do that again. I’ve never been to other parts of Australia, other than Melbourne. I don’t know what city we’re going to play in yet but I’m super excited to go whether it’s Perth or Sydney," she added.
This is the third edition of the United Cup, and among the squad representing the United States, Taylor Fritz, Denis Kudla, and Desirae Krawczyk were part of the 2023 winning team.
